Team building games online – teamwork, not theory

The best team games don't feel like an exercise – they feel like a game, while training exactly what matters in a team: speaking clearly, listening and trusting each other. These JOKO games are cooperative: you only win together.

Ideal for workshops, onboarding or a quick break. No IT approval, no download, no account – one screen shows the game, everyone joins by phone. The whole team is in within a minute, free.

Common questions

What makes a good team-building game?

It should include everyone, be quick to grasp and require real collaboration – not just competition. Cooperative games like Wire Panic or Shadow Maze only work when the team communicates clearly.

Do we need a software approval?

No. Everything runs in the browser, no download and no account – ideal for work laptops with restricted rights.

How many people can play?

The cooperative games are built for small teams (2–4 people). For larger groups, form several teams or switch to group games like Faker Fox.

Does it work for remote teams?

If one person shares their screen on a video call, the others can join by phone. It runs most smoothly on-site in the same room.
