1 · The TV asks an impossible question. A true, weird fact with the key detail missing.
2 · Everyone writes a lie. On your phone, invent a convincing fake answer. The best lies look boringly true.
3 · Find the truth. All the lies and the one truth appear shuffled. Pick what you believe.
4 · The reveal. Lies get busted one by one — with the author and every player they fooled called out on the TV. Finding the truth earns points. Every friend you fooled earns points for you.
5 · The comeback. In the final round the last-placed player becomes the Underdog: their lie earns double. Nobody is ever out of it.
6 · Crown rules. Every question adds a style challenge — specific detail, vivid memory, or journalist-grade confidence.
Scoring: truth found = 500×R · author +250×R per player fooled · R = round number.
